Launching of V Burger Bar’s new Brioche Line

Yesterday, Matt and I attended the launching of the Brioche Line at V Burger Bar’s Blogger Nite along with other Perth bloggers at V Burger Bar Floreat Forum. When we arrived, there was a long table set up specially for guests with roses and candles as decorations in the middle. Together with champagne and wine to start off, it was a celebration to launch the brand new brioche line. During the night, we mingled around with the shareholders and also got to know a little bit about V Burger Bar. We also took the time to get to know and … Continue reading Launching of V Burger Bar’s new Brioche Line

Alfred’s Kitchen

Think 50s style burger joints. Imagine devouring your burger by the bonfire on a cold winter night. Yep, you get the picture. If you haven’t been to Alfred’s before, that is what you get. Since 1946, Alfred’s Kitchen has been an institution for their burgers and their legendary pea and ham soup. When you go to Alfred’s, be prepared for a crowd or long queues during the peak hours. Alfred’s Kitchen may not be a proper sit down style restaurant with … Continue reading Alfred’s Kitchen

Malaysian Food Adventures #5: myBurgerLab

From reading reviews and hearing about this burger joint, I was keen to check out the hype. According to many, myBurgerLab sells the best burgers in town. What’s my verdict? The burgers are damn good. We were lucky that we were not greeted by a long queue when we arrived. I have heard that sometimes the queue can be stretched to the corridors outside the shop. That’s how popular myBurgerLab is. Instagram at myBurgerLab! A foodie’s Periodic Table I had the A+ burger (RM15) and dad had the Beautiful Mess 5.0 burger (RM24 with fries and a soft drink). If … Continue reading Malaysian Food Adventures #5: myBurgerLab

V Burger Bar

Just after the Fitness Show last weekend, mum and I decided to head to V Burger Bar for lunch at Floreat Forum so we could use our Entertainment Book voucher. I have heard many good reviews of V Burger Bar and thought that it was perfect to give it a try. There are two V Burger Bar restaurants in Perth. One in Victoria Park and another one close to my place which is in Floreat Forum. It was a bit hard to decide what to order as the choices on the menu looks yummy! At the end, I settled for … Continue reading V Burger Bar
