On a Friday evening, I decided to catch up with one of my uni friends, Clara as it has been a while since we last saw each other. Beer 101 at The Brisbane Hotel

A few weeks ago, I was invited to enrol in Beer School by local brewers, Little Creatures at The Brisbane Hotel. Every year, we celebrate that special day whether it is a milestone or just another year older and wiser. Lenny the Ox

Located along Wray Avenue, Lenny the Ox is one upcoming cafe that is currently gaining its popularity in Fremantle. Oh, and I just found out that Lenny the Ox is also partly owned by the same people who operates Ootong and Lincoln, another local Freo institution. At Lenny the Ox, everything is made fresh from the start including their salads to sandwiches and even cakes. Last week, Pia from Life of Pia invited me to come along with her as a guest to have lunch at Silks at Crown Perth. When we arrived, we were welcomed and had a chat with Silks Restaurant Manager, Jeffery who also gave us recommendations for our cocktails and food. Last Tuesday, I attended the Ria Yelp’s Elite Event held at the newly refurbished Ria in Leederville. Ria has been a local institution in Leederville for Malaysian food. It has been ages since my last visit to Ria and I could notice the changes and how large the venue is now compared to a few years back. Launching of V Burger Bar’s new Brioche Line

Yesterday, Matt and I attended the launching of the Brioche Line at V Burger Bar’s Blogger Nite along with other Perth bloggers at V Burger Bar Floreat Forum.
