Situated just beside the main entrance of Ritz Carlton Perth at Elizabeth Quay is a little patisserie called Aurore Patisserie. Did you know that Aurore Patisserie also supplies their pastries and sweet treats to the Ritz Carlton?

We arrived at Aurore Patisserie on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon. There were displays of beautiful pastries and desserts, all made with love together with warm, welcoming service.

Our favourite is the Almond Croissant where the pastry is perfect with its buttery flavours and textures with a creamy almond filling. Doesn’t that sound like heaven? It sure does especially if you pair it with a good cup of coffee! (We are plotting a second trip back just to try it fresh from the oven!) If you are up for a savoury pastry, there is also the Savoury Danish for you with mushrooms on top to satisfy the savoury cravings. We also had the Paine Aux Raisins and it was delightful.

Now if you love all things sweet just like Mel, Aurore Patisserie has definitely got you covered. We had the Raspberry Pistachio, Red Velvet and Chocolate Dome. Yes, they are nearly too pretty to eat but they sure did taste as good as it looks! We just love them all!!
