Located along Barrack Street in the middle of Perth CBD near the shopping district, is Le Vietnam. Think Paris. Think Vietnam. Put it together and you have Le Vietnam – a Vietnamese French cafe. Yes, the interior and decoration speaks for itself too. When Le Vietnam first opened its doors to customers early last month, they were offering Free Original Banh Mi to customers from 11am-2pm. (Le Vietnam sells their Original Banh Mi for $6)

Matt and I arrived at Le Vietnam on the day of the opening just after 1pm. Luckily, we did not have to queue long to be able to get a seat inside and have our hands on the Banh Mi. It did not take long for our Banh Mi to arrive too. The Original Banh Mi was very fresh and the pork was tender and moist. It was delicious and full of flavour. Oh and not forgetting the crusty bread which have been toasted before it arrived on our table. YUM!

If you are around Perth CBD, do check out Le Vietnam, famous for their Banh Mi. If you are ever at Le Vietnam, don’t forget to give their snacks, salads, pastries and coffee a try too.  I think I may have found a place where I could have a quick and decent lunch while doing my shopping in the city 🙂
